About the app
My Business Portfolio Manager helps portfolio owners manage businesses, user access, income and expense records, and reports. This policy describes the app’s standard customer-deployed setup.
Information the app processes
Depending on how the app is used, it processes:
- Portfolio settings and business names.
- Transaction dates, types, categories, and amounts, including records imported from CSV files.
- User names, usernames, roles, and assigned businesses.
- Salted password hashes, login records, and activity records.
Google handles sign-in to the deployed web app and provides Google Sheets and Google Apps Script services.
How information is used and stored
In the standard setup, the customer deploys the app from their Google account and stores its data in their own Google Sheet. The app uses the information to provide its features, apply user roles, record activity, and create reports.
Portfolio records are not sent to a Soareth-hosted central database. Google processes information to provide its services under Google’s terms.
Access, security, and deletion
The portfolio owner controls spreadsheet sharing, app-user access, and stored records. The app uses role-based access and stores app passwords as salted hashes.
Data remains in the customer’s Sheet until the owner removes it. Users who want their account or records removed should contact the portfolio administrator—the person who installed the app.
